EY Launches New Global Talent Programs

A new series of global talent program with career development and performance management models was launched by EY. These programs aim to tap into more flexible short-term assignments. The new series of global talent programs are designed to prepare their workforce for their future tasks.

The new global model for career development and performance they call LEAD has been introduced to aid these new series of programs. LEAD uses a wide range of technology and digital platforms that encourage real-time feedback across EY’s global workforce.

EY’s Global Chairman and CEO, Mark Weinberger comments:
