Mercer Acquires German HR Company

Mercer announced the acquisition of Premerit AG, a Frankfurt-based HR digitalisation and transformation company as a part of Mercer’s plans to strengthen its position in the German market. Mercer also aims to enhance the company’s strengths in technological developments through the acquisition of Premerit and push the company’s technical globalisation agenda forward.

Mercer Germany’s CEO, Achim Lüder comments:
