SIRVA Inc. Acquired by Madison Deadborn Partners

 

 

SIRVA Inc. has been acquired by Madison Deadborn Partners (MDP), a leading private equity firm based in Chicago. SIRVA Inc. is operating in 170 countries around the world making it one of the biggest relocation and moving service providers in the world. It was owned by Equity Group Investments (EGI) and Aurora Resurgence since 2008 prior to MDP’s acquisition.

 

MDP plans to expand its foothold in global moving and relocation service through this acquisition, combining their industrial and technological expertise to expand the SIRVA Inc.’s services abroad.
